Job Opportunity - Marketing & Digital Coordinator
Reports to: CEO
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Type: Full-time, Flexible / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

** Chef, Influencer & Opinion Leader Management
** Screen, negotiate, and coordinate chef ambassadors, influencers, wellness experts, clinics, and media personalities to create authentic brand stories and ritual activations.
** Build and maintain a structured database segmented by collaboration type (paid, barter, testimonial, content bundles).
** Cross-Team & Agency Coordination
** Act as the daily bridge between the brand, digital marketing consultants, PR team, event agencies, media buyers, printing vendors, and digital partners.
** Ensure flawless alignment with brand concept - from teaser to reveal, grand launches, and post-launch activations.

Showroom, POS & Merchandising:

** Oversee showroom merchandising and readiness: design installations, seasonal visuals, stickers, sampling kits, and stock levels.
** Coordinate merchandise production (ritual kits, aprons, hats, coasters, whisper cards) and partner gift box distribution, gathering feedback and reactions.
** Ensure events, shootings, and ritual activities follow the showroom marketing calendar and are executed smoothly.

Promo Stand & Field Personnel:

** Supervise setup and maintenance of promo stands in malls, gyms, clinics, and events, ensuring they reflect brand guidelines.
** Brief and manage promo staff, bartenders, and gym ambassadors on scripts, rituals, and brand talking points.

Traditional Marketing Channels:

** Manage partnerships with outdoor media suppliers, LED providers, and promo agencies to guarantee timely, consistent placements.
** Assist with scheduling, negotiating, verifying installations, and securing optimal visibility.

Production & Packaging Liaison:

** Maintain close contact with production to monitor packaging timelines, quality, and innovation.
** Ensure compliance, sustainability, and premium design standards are met across all packaging.

Digital Marketing & Content Coordination:

** Oversee social media calendars (Instagram, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn) in partnership with the digital team.
** Monitor trends, community interactions, and analytics to optimize reach and engagement.
** Coordinate blog/news updates, chef features, ritual stories, and educational content.
** Validate that catalogues, sample request flows, and multilingual options remain updated online.

Reporting, KPIs & Market Analysis:

** Track and consolidate campaign performance, influencer ROI, showroom footfall, event impact, and competitor field visits.
** Define and monitor KPIs (footfall, activations, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, influencer engagement).
** Deliver monthly reports to the Commercial Head and Board with insights, budget tracking, and recommended actions.

Budget Management & Compliance:

** Manage marketing and digital budgets, ensuring transparent reporting of expenses versus forecasts.
** Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, pre-payments, and reconciliations.

PR & Crisis Preparedness:

** Support PR team with statements, content, and responses in case of brand or product-related crises.
** Internal Development & Collaboration
** Share best practices, guide new staff/trainees on brand standards and rituals.
** Actively contribute ideas for new product launches, experimental marketing formats, and process improvements.

Structure & Collaboration:

** Direct Reporting: CEO
** Key Collaboration: Digital marketing consultants, PR team, event/promo agencies, merch & operations, production center, chefs, influencers, media partners.

Profile & Skills:

** Ultra-organized, able to track many simultaneous initiatives (from Instagram reels to showroom stock to promo booth activations).
** Strong communicator - confident aligning internal teams, external agencies, and brand talent.
** Excellent communication skills in Georgian, English and Russian (an advantage).
** Aesthetic and detail-driven: ensures brand consistency across digital, print, video, and physical activations.
** Analytical and pro-active: comfortable with numbers, insights, and making recommendations.
** Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including:
** Digital marketing basics (social media, content, analytics).
** Planning, executing, and reporting marketing activities.
** Agency or cross-team coordination experience preferred.
