About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales and Communication Agent who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. The role involves ensuring an exceptional experience for our active players, keeping them informed, engaged, and motivated to continue enjoying our products.
Key Responsibilities:
** Reach out to existing clients through various communication channels (voice interactions, emails, and messages).
** Provide personalized updates, offers, and assistance to maintain engagement.
** Monitor client activity and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
** Identify opportunities to enhance player experience and loyalty.
** Work closely with the retention and support teams to ensure smooth client communication.
** Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
** Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
** Experience in customer relations or retention roles (iGaming experience is an advantage).
** Goal-oriented, empathetic, and attentive to client needs.
** Excellent command of English; other languages are an advantage.
** Positive attitude and team spirit.
