Job Description:
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Tbilisi, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
** Research global gaming trends, player behavior, and competitors to uncover new market opportunities;
** Define each game`s vision, goals, and unique value proposition with key stakeholders;
** Lead creative ideation to design engaging core mechanics, user experiences, and feature sets;
** Produce clear documentation including feature briefs, UX specs, user stories, and visual flows;
** Evaluate features for impact on engagement, retention, and monetization;
** Translate creative and business ideas into actionable product requirements;
** Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous, data-informed improvements.
What We`re Looking For:
** Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or digital products;
** Genuine passion for gaming and awareness of trends in online gambling and casino-style games;
** Solid understanding of business process analysis and the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
** Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, Visio, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools;
** Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insights into actionable ideas;
** Excellent communication and presentation skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.
