Geosteel LLC, one of the largest foreign direct investments in the field of industry in Georgia is seeking qualified applicants for the position of HSE Deputy Manager.
Candidates must have:
** Safety certificate/ qualification recognized by the Government of Georgia;
** Experience of at least 1 year in the field of industrial safety management preferably in Georgia;
** Good HSE awareness and commitment;
** Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
Main Responsibilities:
** Performing risk assessments;
** Carrying out site inspections;
** Investigating incidents in the workplace and writing-up accident reports;
** Enforcing health and safety laws and regulations;
** Providing in-house training sessions to ensure all staff keep up-to-date with company safety policies;
** Advise businesses on how to deal with the handling and disposal of hazardous substances;
** Providing guidance on safety equipment and the safe installation of new machinery;
