About the Role:
We`re looking for a motivated Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our growing iGaming team. No prior affiliate experience? No problem — if you`re eager to learn, thrive in communication, and
want to kick-start your career in digital marketing, this role is for you! You`ll build relationships with partners, support campaign growth, and gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing industries worldwide.
What You`ll Do:
** Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners via Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
** Manage relationships with existing partners by providing regular communication and support.
** Optimize offers to match partner needs and maximize performance.
** Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and propose strategies for improvement.
** Collaborate with the team to ensure goals are achieved and exceeded.
What We`re Looking For:
** Fluent English (B2+/C1 level) is a must; other languages are a strong advantage.
** Strong communication and negotiation skills.
** Motivation, curiosity, and a fast-learning mindset.
** Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
** Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets (Excel skills are a plus).
** Experience in sales, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing is preferred but not required.
** Previous exposure to the iGaming industry is a bonus.
