About the Role:
We`re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the online gaming industry.
If you`re passionate about digital ads, love optimizing campaigns, and know how to turn clicks into conversions — this role is for you.
You`ll manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, using data-driven insights to deliver measurable growth.
What You`ll Do:
** Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
** Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from setup and audience targeting to analysis and optimization.
** Track key performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and use insights to improve results.
** Run A/B tests to enhance creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates.
** Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to craft high-performing ad strategies.
** Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and new advertising tools.
What We`re Looking For:
** 2-3+ years of experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns.
** Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
** Proven track record in driving conversions and optimizing for performance KPIs.
** Creative, curious, and results-oriented — comfortable experimenting and learning fast.
** Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher).
