Gvarno is currently seeking a talented and motivated Web Designer to join our Digital Design Team in Tbilisi. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of digital projects, collaborate with a skilled team, and grow within a dynamic work environment.
Your Role
As a Web Designer, you are expected to contribute independently to the design and maintenance of web and marketing assets. You will support both operational and project-based tasks, helping to produce visually engaging collateral and ensuring timely content updates across websites. While continuing to develop your design skills, you will also begin supporting more advanced tasks such as CMS troubleshooting and basic front-end fixes.
Responsibilities:
** Execute daily design requests, including banners, visual content, and basic multimedia
** Contribute to marketing and product-related visuals for various platforms
** Edit videos and create animated banners for digital campaigns
** Maintain and update website content through the CMS
** Perform minor troubleshooting of CMS display issues and escalate when needed
** Ensure output quality and deadlines align with the planner and marketing needs
** Coordinate with team members to meet project timelines and visual standards
** Support operational and project-related design efforts with increased independence
** Identify and report process gaps or complications to avoid delivery issues
** Learn and apply improvements to design workflows and tools
Requirements:
** 2 to 4+ years of professional experience in web or graphic design
** Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and multimedia work
** Proficient in key design and development tools:
- Photoshop, Illustrator
- After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Blender (preferred but not required)
- Visual Studio Code (for HTML/CSS troubleshooting)
** Familiarity with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
** Experience updating web content through CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, custom CMS)
** Able to manage multiple design tasks with minimal supervision
** Strong eye for visual consistency, layout, and branding
** Good communication and collaboration skills
Great to Have
** Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related design field, with relevant coursework in:
- Graphic and Multimedia Design
- Graphics Animation
- Audio and Video Editing
- Multi-Platform Web and Applications Design
- Front-end Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
** Certifications in digital design or web development
** UI and/or UX design exposure
