The Operative-Technical Agency of Georgia of the State Security Service of Georgia is announcing the Vacancy of Software Engineer, specializing in C/C++ programming. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, test, deploy, and maintain system services using the C/C++ language and relevant tools.
Responsibilities:
** Design and implement robust system services using C/C++.
** Analyze and process binary data at scale.
** Develop tools and services for monitoring and analyzing network traffic.
** Build and optimize applications for large-scale data analysis (Big Data).
** Ensure high performance and reliability of system applications.
** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
** Maintain and improve existing codebase through continuous refactoring and optimization.
** Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements:
** 3+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
** Strong understanding of operating systems, memory management, and multithreading.
** Experience with system-level application development.
** Experience with big data analytics frameworks.
** Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).
** Exposure to big data tools or processing large data sets is a plus.
** Strong architectural and system design skills.
** Solid debugging and performance tuning skills.
** Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
