Key Responsibilities:
** Manage daily operations of the company.
** Create and maintain employee schedules and shift rotations.
** Track vacations, sick leaves, and attendance.
** Handle contracts, documentation, and administrative tasks.
** Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
** Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
** Support management in strategic decision-making by providing structured operational insights.
Requirements:
** 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or HR.
** Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
** Proficiency in Google Workspace and office productivity tools.
** Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
** Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
** Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
** Languages: English (fluent) and Russian (fluent) are mandatory.
