About the profile:

As part of our growth, we are seeking an IT Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT to work across Enterprise IT, Service Desk.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in infrastructure or enterprise IT backed with experience in IT support.
Responsibilities:
** Support and maintain infrastructure and internal IT systems, including but not limited to:
** Service desk and user support
** Azure / other cloud solutions
** Networking (wired and wireless)
** Applications support
** Security
** Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests
** Work on enterprise-scale IT or data-related projects aligned with your development path
Requirements - Must have:
** 1-2 years of real experience in IT support or infrastructure
** Hands-on experience, in one or more of the following:
** Enterprise IT (systems administration, network)
** IT Support / Service Desk Operations
** Azure, AWS or any other cloud platforms
** Understanding of what ITIL is
** Passionate on learning new things and grow
** Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Languages:
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is mandatory.
You will be working in an international environment and expected to communicate effectively - both in writing and verbally with colleagues, clients, and partners from various countries and cultural backgrounds.
