Real Estate Agency "Home24" LLC is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Real Estate Broker.
Required skills:
** University diploma in any field, however knowledge of certain aspects of Law (related with real estate) is essential;
** Presentation and Sales skills;
** Excellent customer service skills;
** Excellent (business) communication, human relations and organizational skills;
** Willingness to learn and take on increased responsibilities;
** Ability to work individually and as a part of consolidated team;
** Ability to analyze, set priorities and meet deadlines;
** Ability to search information in a timely manner;
** Good knowledge of MS Office programs
** Languages: Georgian (absolutely necessary), English or Russian (absolutely necessary);
Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 11 - 18 Hr.
Saturday - Sunday: Day off
Salary: Depends on the number and value of the real estate transactions performed by the broker, as well as the bonus payout.
