Casino International at Hilton Batumi is opening a vacancy on the position of Marketing Manager.
Job Summary: The Casino Marketing Manager is in charge of developing and executing marketing strategies that attract, retain, and engage casino guests.
Location: Batumi
Manager`s Responsibilities & Essential Duties:
** Develop and implement casino marketing strategies to increase player engagement, and revenue.
** Execute engaging promotions and entertainment events to attract both new and returning players.
** Identify and target key customer segments through data analysis and player behavior insights.
** Plan and manage promotional campaigns, special events, and tournaments to maximize participation.
** Oversee player loyalty programs and VIP service to strengthen customer retention.
** Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
** Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and outdoor media.
** Supervise the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with gaming regulations.
** Work closely with design, media partners to promote casino events and offers.
** Prepare and manage casino marketing budget, ensuring effective cost control and reporting.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience required for this Position:
** Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field;
** Experience in casino, hospitality, or entertainment marketing;
** Strong understanding of gaming operations, player development, and customer segmentation.
** Experience with CRM systems, loyalty programs, and digital marketing tools.
** Fluency in English Language; additional languages are and asset;
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
** Highly responsible and attentive to details.
