JSC Ziraat Bank Georgia, which is subsidiary of the biggest Turkish bank, will employ an experienced Customer Relation Assistant in Tbilisi (Tbilisi Branch, Varketili Branch, Gldani Branch).
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
** Provide service to physical and legal persons
** Visiting and interviewing customers and discussing their financial requirements
** Following branch`s portfolio and working on the increase of customer portfolio
** Participating on the issuance of loan and trade products
** Process and prepare Retail and Business credit applications
** Developing and implementing marketing plans and projects
** Preparing reports about portfolio
The Skills Required
** Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification;
** At least 4 years of experience in Banking;
** Experience in analysis of financial documents;
** Ability to teamwork;
** High sense of responsibility and effective time- management;
** Good knowledge of English and / or Turkish languages;
