About the Role:
Alabwaz Development is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Arab Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent.
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-oriented professional who will represent our company and provide exceptional service to our Arab clients in the dynamic Georgian real estate market.
Location: Tbilisi, Merab Kostava Street N76
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00)
Important: Applicants must not be current university students.
Key Responsibilities
** Prospect and generate leads through meetings and phone calls with Arab clients;
** Represent the company in initiating and closing real estate transactions;
** Build and maintain strong relationships with Arab clients;
** Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate with third-party entities;
** Guide and assist the company and clients in buying or marketing properties under the best terms;
** Assess clients` needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property options;
** Provide consultation on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements;
** Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices.
Requirements:
** Fluent in Arabic and English (professional working proficiency - mandatory);
** Highly motivated and eager to learn;
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
** Optimistic, client-oriented, and able to understand client needs;
** Strong negotiation and sales abilities in Arabic;
** Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
** Trustworthy, pleasant personality, and professional attitude;
** Proficiency in MS Office.
