We`re hiring a HR People Partner to help us build the future of iGaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Support & Engagement:
** Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance, attendance, and workplace concerns.
** Handle employee relations with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.
** Foster a culture of trust, engagement, and collaboration.
Onboarding:
** Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for all new joiners, helping them integrate quickly and successfully.
Policy & Compliance:
** Maintain and communicate HR policies to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
** Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with local labor laws and internal standards.
** Support audits and documentation requirements as needed.
HR Administration & Systems:
** Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
Training & Development:
** Support planning and coordination of employee learning, training, and engagement activities.
** Contribute to the creation of a thriving and growth-oriented workplace culture.
Requirements:
** 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
** Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
** Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS) and MS Office tools.
** Fluency in English.
