Type: Full-time Contract (40 hours per week, possibility of extension)

About Us:
Time Hub is developing a new platform in Georgia. Our primary goal is to deliver a fully functional, user-friendly platform for the local market.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for building our website from the ground up and managing the entire software development lifecycle — from concept to deployment. This includes frontend and backend development, database and server architecture, API integration, hosting setup, CDN integration, and cloud deployment on AWS. After successful delivery of the MVP, there is an opportunity to extend the contract for ongoing operations and further product development.
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage the full software development process (concept → creation → deployment).
** Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems.
** Design and build database and server architecture.
** Integrate APIs (REST) with insurance providers and external systems.
** Implement and maintain version control systems (e.g., Git).
** Apply caching and optimization mechanisms for performance.
** Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security.
** Set up hosting and manage deployment infrastructure.
** Configure and manage CDN services for faster content delivery.
** Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud.
** Support infrastructure and application monitoring.
** Create and maintain technical documentation of work done.
** Collaborate with the business analyst to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:
** Minimum 3 years of experience in web application development.
** Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
** Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
** Strong knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar).
** Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
** Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
** Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
** Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Strapi).
** Knowledge of web servers (NGINX, Apache).
** Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
** Experience with caching systems (e.g., Redis, Varnish, Memcached).
** Familiarity with infrastructure and application monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog).
** Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).
** Experience with CDN services (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Akamai).
** Understanding of security best practices.
** Good communication skills in English and/or Georgian.
