Logistics Solutions, an international freight forwarding and project logistics company, is launching a Training & Internship Program at its Head Office in Tbilisi for motivated individuals eager to begin a career in international logistics sales.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, develop essential commercial skills, and build the foundation for a long-term career in sales within the logistics sector.

This program provides structured professional classroom-style training, followed by an internship within the company`s commercial department under the guidance of senior professionals. Upon successful completion of the program, only candidates who demonstrate strong performance, commitment, and potential will be considered and selected for a full-time Junior Sales Executive position within Logistics Solutions.

What You Will Learn:

** Fundamentals of international freight forwarding and multimodal logistics
** Understanding of Incoterms, cargo types, and transport documentation
** How to prepare and present commercial offers and quotations
** Use of CRM systems and customer relationship management tools
** Techniques for client communication, sales, negotiation, and business development
** Sales pipeline management and performance tracking
** Collaboration with pricing, operations, and finance teams in the sales process

Key Responsibilities (during internship and after employment):

** Support the sales team in developing and maintaining customer relationships
** Participate in client communication, preparation of offers, and coordination of shipments
** Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
** Actively approach new customers through calls, emails, and meetings
** Generate leads, prepare quotations and follow up with clients to secure business
** Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system and prepare regular activity reports
** Collaborate closely with pricing, operations, and accounting teams to ensure high service quality

Candidate Requirements:

** University degree (or final-year studies) in Business, Logistics, International Relations, or related field
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Interest in international trade, transportation, and logistics
** High motivation, proactive and result-oriented mindset
** Excellent command of Georgian and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Russian and other additional languages is an advantage
** Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
** Team player with good organizational and analytical skills
