b) Tender Description: Purchase of branded parasols
In the attached files you can find:
** Specification (photos and preliminary designs);
** Application Form;
Interested companies should send the following:
** Filled and Signed Application (Tender) Form;
** Abstract from Public Registry;
Tender Conditions:
** Prices should include any possible taxes.
** Requested product should be until December, 2025;
** Price should be given on DAP Natakhtari delivery terms;
** Payment term: 60 days after delivery;
** Concrete piles for 4 m parasols should be quoted separately, but metal base price should be included in the parasol price;
Notes:
** Supplier suggestions regarding alternate material rather than 100% polyester for cost reduction purposes will be also considered.
** Tender visuals can be changed during Tender process.
