Flat Rock Technology is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Digital Advertising Account Manager.

Main responsibilities:
** Client Campaign Strategy: Understand advertiser needs, interests, and success metrics to design and implement optimized digital advertising campaigns
*Budget Negotiation: Secure and manage client budgets for key campaigns to maximize performance
*Campaign Management: Oversee the distribution and placement of advertiser campaigns across mobile marketing channels, ensuring successful outcomes
*Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive ongoing revenue and profitability
*Industry Insights: Stay updated on mobile acquisition trends, sharing relevant insights with the team and management to inform strategic decisions
*Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets by increasing revenue from existing clients (bonus scheme available)
*Business Development: Attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and present campaign results to key stakeholders
Requirements:
*Strong sales skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
*Experience in digital advertising, mobile marketing, or affiliate marketing (minimum 3-5 years is a plus)
*Ability to build and maintain client relationships through digital and in-person channels
*Strong decision-making and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
