We`re currently looking for a manager to help bring our brand to the market and grow online sales through social media and influencer marketing.
Conditions:
** Flexible schedule (remote).
** Fixed salary: 2000 GEL.
** Growth opportunity to Head of Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
Facebook & Instagram
** Create and set up marketplace (shop) pages on Facebook and Instagram (later Telegram and TikTok).
** Regularly manage and update pages with product content (posts, stories, videos, product updates).
** Handle incoming traffic through CRM (reply to messages, comments, process orders).
** Moderate comments (remove negativity, maintain a positive page image).
** Promote pages through influencer collaborations (search, negotiation, launching partnerships).

Influencers/Bloggers
** Find and select influencers for niche products.
** Place ads for our products on influencer pages.
** Find creators for UGC content (videos and photos featuring our products).

Requirements:
** Experience managing online stores (required).
** Experience working with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok).
** Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotion.
** Understanding of what makes an effective sales creative.
** Strong communication skills and ability to work with influencers.
