1. Business and Civil Law Lawyer (Tbilisi, Georgia)

Responsibilities:

** Draft, review, and revise contracts (commercial, corporate, property, civil, and others) for both the company and its clients.
** Advise clients on legal matters related to business, corporate, property, and civil law.
** Represent clients before courts, government authorities, and counterparties.
** Support transactions, company sales, property deals, liquidations, and corporate changes.
** Handle legal disputes and assist in pre-trial settlements.
** Maintain the company`s legal hygiene — draft internal regulations and provide consultations to colleagues.

Requirements:

** Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in business and civil law (criminal law experience is a plus).
** Excellent knowledge of Georgian legislation (experience with international law is an advantage).
** Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, project management systems, ERP) is a plus.
** Proven experience in contract drafting, legal analysis, and litigation support.
** Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
** Proficiency in English, Russian, and Georgian languages; prior consulting experience is preferred.

2. Head of Sales Department

Responsibilities:

** Lead the Sales and Client Service Department (Sales & Back Office).
** Develop and implement the company`s sales strategy; set and monitor KPIs.
** Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the team (sales managers and support specialists).
** Optimize processes — work with the client base, sales scripts, quality standards, and communication procedures.
** Work with CRM (AMOCRM): ensure data accuracy, automation, and reporting.
** Gain in-depth knowledge of all processes related to the department.
** Participate in negotiations with key clients and maintain high service standards.
** Analyze the market, competitors, and trends to improve the company`s offerings.
** Participate in company development projects — recruitment for the department and drafting internal regulations.

Requirements:

** 2-3+ years of experience in a managerial position in sales.
** Strong leadership, task-setting, and performance control skills.
** Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
** Native-level Russian; confident English; Georgian will be considered an advantage.
** Experience with CRM systems, KPI analytics, and reporting.
** Initiative and the ability to propose and implement improvements.

3. Specialist in Declarations and Accounting

About the Company:

We are a Georgian company located in the heart of Tbilisi. We provide legal, tax, and financial assistance to over 400 clients worldwide.

Our services include helping clients—both remotely and in person—with registering Individual Entrepreneurs (IE), LLCs, NGOs, and VZs, opening bank accounts, resolving customs issues, obtaining various legal and professional licenses, and providing financial and accounting support.

If you have no prior experience with the Georgian tax system — don`t worry, we provide full training.

Responsibilities:

** Maintain a client database for small business services.
** Inform clients about company services (training provided).
** Assist clients with filling out tax declarations.
** Provide basic accounting support (training provided).
** Work with clients` accounts in the Georgian Revenue Service portal (training provided).

Requirements:

** Russian language - advanced level (C1).
** Georgian language - preferred.
** English language - preferred.
** Basic understanding of taxation and accounting (preferred, but not required).
** Basic knowledge of 1C, Oris, or other accounting software (preferred, but not required).
** Familiarity with MS Office and Google Docs (intermediate user preferred).

Responsibilities:

** Carrying out tasks assigned by the Director.
** Managing and coordinating projects.
** CRM system administration.
** Organizing the Director`s schedule — including interviews, calls, and meetings.
** Working with documents in Russian and English (or Georgian).
** Collecting, structuring, and analyzing information.
** Working with Google Docs and Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements:

** Previous experience as a Business Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Financial Assistant will be an advantage.
** Fluent Russian (required).
** English - at least B2 level or higher.
** Strong communication and negotiation skills.
** Quick learner with a proactive approach.
** High attention to detail, punctuality, and analytical mindset.

Conditions:

** 5 working days per week, with flexible choice of days off.
** 8-hour workday, primarily office-based.
** Salary starting from 1200 GEL (base + minimum bonus).
** Compensation depends on your competence and ambition.
