As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and lead and mentor a team of recruiters. You will ensure quality and efficiency in the recruitment cycle, oversee client relations at a senior level, and play a pivotal role in optimizing operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Work Coordination:

** Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional development.
** Allocate and prioritize recruitment assignments across the team to ensure optimal workload balance and timely delivery.
** Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching to improve output and recruitment outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

** Review and validate job descriptions, candidate submissions, evaluation grids, and client communications prepared by team members.
** Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and align with client expectations
** Implement and refine policies, templates, and workflows to drive consistency and operational excellence.

Client Relationship Management:

** Act as the escalation point for resolving client issues, delays, or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
** Lead high-level client consultations to define recruitment strategies and clarify position requirements.
** Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients by ensuring satisfaction and consistently high service delivery.

Full Recruitment Cycle (as needed):

** Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
** Tailor candidate CVs to job specifications, highlighting the most relevant competencies and experience.
** Conduct reference checks and ensure documentation and compliance for candidate submissions.
** Internal Process Improvement:
** Work closely with management to implement tools and practices that improve team productivity and reporting.
** Support onboarding and internal training of new recruiters.
** Champion a collaborative, high-performance culture within the recruitment team.

What We`re Looking For:

** Experience: 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
** Education: A University level diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Humanities, Political Sciences, International Development)
** Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional languages (French, Spanish) is a plus.
** Candidates based in Europe (EU27, Non-EU European Countries, Moldova or Georgia, and or adjacent time zones)
** Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, resolve conflicts, and foster team cohesion.
** Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRMs, sourcing tools, and standard office applications.
** Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in evaluating both candidate profiles and team output with precision.
** Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service mindset.
** Organized & Proactive: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
