As a Production Floor Manager, you will oversee the production processes in our workshop, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to meaningful projects that create a better future for our planet.
Mission:

** Ensure operational excellence while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.
** Empower teams to achieve production goals that align with our sustainable business strategies.
Key Requirements:
** 3-7 years of experience in a production management role.
** Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
** Experience managing production processes.
** Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations.
** Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
** Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
** Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., Excel, 1C) is a plus.
** Upper Intermediate (B2) English and C1 Russian language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
** Organize and oversee the production processes within the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
** Manage workshop staff by assigning tasks and monitoring their completion.
** Ensure that production deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
** Track progress and make sure the production plan is fulfilled on schedule.
** Monitor and enforce workplace safety rules and maintain production discipline.
** Collaborate closely with other departments such as logistics, warehouse, and quality control to coordinate activities.
** Prepare reports and actively participate in production meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues.
