The content of the work to be performed within the vacancy is as follows:
** Reflecting student information in the university`s electronic management system.
** Providing consultations to both foreign and Georgian applicants regarding the procedures required for enrollment at the university.
** Offering information and guidance to students on topics such as the recognition of education obtained abroad, obtaining a residence permit, procedures for academic and financial registration, student status, mobility, applicable normative acts, and other related issues.
** Informing students about relevant events and announced vacancies through emails, mobile notifications, posted announcements within the university, organized meetings, and other similar means.
** Discussing individual student and student self-government initiatives and advocating for them with the relevant structural units of the university.
** Organizing trainings, seminars, and similar events to develop skills essential for career success.
** Conducting periodic surveys of students and graduates, collecting and analyzing statistical data on their employment, and developing strategic plans based on the findings.
** Identifying potential employers, signing memorandums of understanding with them, and creating employment and internship opportunities for students.
** Preparing reports on student status and other related issues within the scope of the service`s competence.
** Carrying out instructions and assignments given by the head of the service within the scope of competence.
** Performing other duties that fall within the mandate of the Student Services and Career Support Service, in alignment with its purpose.
The main qualification requirements are:
** Higher education
** Work experience: in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
** Proficiency in English: not less than B2 level;
** Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office.

Trial period: 6 months
