We are seeking a Product Owner (Slot Games) to lead the entire product lifecycle, driving the development, optimization, and launch of slot games. This role works closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy, participate in game design, prioritize features, and enhance player engagement while ensuring alignment with industry standards
Responsibilities:
** Define and refine product scope, goals, and deliverables, managing the entire slot game lifecycle from concept to launch
** Collaborate with the CEO/CPO to shape game concepts, Game Design Documents (GDDs), and feature specifications
** Actively participate in game design, contributing ideas on game mechanics, themes, math models, and bonus features
** Oversee game production, ensuring seamless execution across development, QA, localization, and certification
** Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends, player behavor, and industry innovations to enhance game portfolio and drive innovation
** Ensure all games comply with industry regulations and technical requirements
** Monitor and optimize game mechanics, RTP models, and player engagement features using data-driven insights
** Maintain a high standard of game quality, ensuring strong visuals, gameplay, and user experience
** Manage the JIRA product backlog, creating well-defined Epics, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
** Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and work estimations, ensuring efficient development cycles
** Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product demo sessions to ensure team alignment
** Maintain comprehensive product documentation in Confluence, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders
** Identify risks and dependencies, track progress, and adjust priorities to meet project milestones
** Work closely with Design Team managers, mathematicians, sound designers, and developers to deliver high-quality games
** Collaborate with QA teams to ensure smooth game performance, security, and regulatory compliance
** Continuously optimize development workflows to enhance efficiency across teams
Requirements:
** 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Game Producer, preferably in slot game development or iGaming
** Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Game Design, Business Management, or a related field
** Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence
** Experience working with cross-functional and global teams, including remote engineering teams
** Strong understanding of slot mechanics, math models, RTP, and bonus structures
** Ability to generate wireframes, create detailed Jira tasks, and work with back-office/API systems
** Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
** Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams
** Professional proficiency in English (written & verbal)
** Proactive, adaptable problem solver with a can-do attitude and the ability to make quick, strategic decisions
Preferred Skills & Experience:
** Experience working in an international iGaming environment
** Knowledge of iGaming compliance and regulatory requirements
** Experience working with third-party slot providers, platform integrations, or casino aggregators
** Experience in UX/UI design and player engagement strategies
** Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using analytics to optimize game performance
