Position: Content Creator (Full-Time, In-Office)
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Salary: 2, 500-3, 500 GEL net
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our team in Tbilisi. This is a full-time, in-office role. You`ll be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content across multiple formats—from TikTok-style videos and short explainers to more polished YouTube-type clips and ad-ready materials.
You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated recording space, and we will provide the necessary equipment to help you set up and deliver professional content.
Responsibilities:
** Plan, script, and produce engaging video content for social media and other platforms.
** Record, edit, and deliver content in a timely and polished manner.
** Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create content aligned with campaigns and product updates.
** Generate new creative ideas for both organic and ad-style videos.
** Manage and maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
** Use tools like Notion to track tasks, progress, and responsibilities.
** Collect progress reports and evaluate performance related to content tasks.
** Actively engage in internal communications and follow through on assigned projects.
Requirements:
** Proven experience in content creation (portfolio or sample work required).
** Ability to script and ideate content independently.
** Knowledge of social media trends and video storytelling.
** Strong organizational and communication skills.
** Previous experience in HR or task management is a plus.
** Ability to evaluate performance and keep the team accountable.
** Proficiency with task management and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion).
** Fluent Georgian, good English; Russian is a plus.
