Art`s Hotel is a boutique hospitality concept in Tbilisi, operating with self-check-in to provide guests with independence and comfort. We are expanding and looking for a motivated student to join our team as an Online Administrator.
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Full-time (6 days per week)
Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and communicative student to manage our online guest communications. This is a remote role ideal for someone who is reliable, responsive, and comfortable with digital platforms.
Main Responsibilities
** Monitor and respond to guest inquiries via Booking.com chat, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
** Provide accurate information regarding reservations, check-in procedures, and hotel services.
** Work in close liaison with the hotel administrator and technician to resolve guest needs.
** Communication is occasional during working hours, not constant.
** Ensure clear and polite communication in English (Russian or Georgian is an advantage).
Requirements
** Student status (flexibility to balance studies and work).
** Strong written communication skills.
** Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
** Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
** Ability to commit to long daily shifts (12 hours per day, 6 days per week).
Work Schedule
** 12 hours per day (Monday to Saturday).
** Day off: Sunday.
Salary
** 800 GEL per month (fixed).
** Fully remote position - no travel required.
