We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Cold Line Cook
Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Type of Appointment: Full-time.
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Scope:
A Cold Line Cook is responsible for preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work.
Duties and responsibilities:
** Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
** Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
** Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
** Answer, report, and follow the executive or sous chef`s instructions
** Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
** Stock inventory appropriately
** Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
** Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
** Vocational education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage);
** At least 1 years of experience working in a similar position;
** Knowledge of European and Georgian cuisine;
