The Head of Product (Live & Slots) is responsible for defining, executing, and driving the global product vision, strategy, and innovation across both Live Casino and Slot portfolios. This executive role ensures that the company`s product offering sets industry benchmarks for quality, engagement, and profitability. Acting as a central leader, this role drives product strategy and analytics to deliver world-class gaming experiences.. The Head of Product will collaborate closely with the C-Suite, cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulators to maintain market leadership, expand into new territories, and maximize revenue potential across the casino product verticals.
Responsibilities:
** Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for both Live Casino and Slots, aligned with overall business strategy.
** Monitor and anticipate global market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
** Drive product expansion into new markets and jurisdictions, ensuring adaptability to diverse player preferences and regulatory requirements.
** Build strategic partnerships with operators, platform providers, licensors, and external studios to strengthen product offerings.
** Lead innovation in both verticals: - Live Casino: New formats, interactive features, AI-driven personalization, and live-streaming enhancements. - Slots: Math model design, volatility tuning, bonus mechanics, and feature-rich gameplay.
** Ensure continuous differentiation of the portfolio with creative, engaging, and commercially viable products.
** Champion the integration of advanced engagement tools (AI, personalization, gamification, real-time features).
** Partner with CEO, COO, and senior leadership to ensure product strategy drives company-wide goals.
** Lead and mentor the Product Owners team, setting clear goals and aligning their roadmaps with the company vision.
** Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, engineering" marketing" operations) across both Live and Slots.
** Foster growth and strategic thinking within the PO team to build future product leaders.
** Oversee real-time performance metrics across both Live and Slots, including revenue, player engagement, and ROI.
** Implement KPI-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and predictive analytics to optimize product performance.
** Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a high ROI on product initiatives.
** Drive initiatives to boost player acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
** Ensure full compliance of all products with iGaming regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming standards.
** Anticipate and adapt to regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.
** Implement robust risk management frameworks to protect the company`s reputation and operational integrity.
Requirements:
** 5+ years of leadership experience in product management within iGaming, with proven success in both Live Casino and Slots.
** Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business, Product Management, Game Design, Mathematics, or related field.
** Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
** Deep understanding of Live Casino technology (streaming, latency optimization, interactivity) and Slot mechanics (RTP, volatility, math models).
** Proven ability to define and execute long-term product strategies across multiple geographies.
** Demonstrated success in managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
** Strong analytical skills and expertise in data-driven decision-making.
** Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
** Professional proficiency in English and Russian (verbal and written).
** Proficiency with MS Office, Windows, and standard product management tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
** Technical knowledge of RGS platforms, real-time video encoding, and third-party integrations.
** Experience in building scalable production pipelines for rapid game delivery.
** Strong industry network across operators, providers, and regulators.
** Deep passion for casino games and player psychology, with a creative mindset for innovation.
