Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing the company`s presence across social media platforms. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, engaging with audiences, and driving online interest in our events and services.
Responsibilities:
** Develop and execute social media strategies and content plans.
** Create engaging posts, stories, and videos tailored to each platform.
** Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent branding.
** Respond to messages, comments, and engage with followers.
** Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth and engagement.
** Collaborate with the marketing and events team to align campaigns.
Requirements:
** Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
** Creative content creation skills (text, photo, and video).
** Excellent written English and communication abilities.
** Ability to analyze social media performance and adjust strategies.
** Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
