We are a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing, Meta advertising, SEO, E-mail marketing, and social media. We seek a Digital Project Manager to coordinate and oversee client projects, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery. This role will manage client interactions, assign tasks to internal teams, track deadlines, and ensure projects meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels in team coordination and client communication.
Job Details:
** Employment Type: Full-time
** Location: Chavchavadze avenue, On-site
** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM
** Job Level: Mid-Level
** Salary Range: 2000-3500 GEL (based on experience)

Your Role:
** Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
** Create, assign, and manage tasks for internal teams (designers, content creators, paid media specialists, SEO experts, etc.).
** Develop and maintain project timelines, deadlines, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
** Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
** Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and agency quality standards.
** Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project completion and team performance.
** Communicate potential risks, challenges, or delays proactively to clients and internal stakeholders.
** Document processes, project requirements, and best practices to improve overall efficiency.
What We`re Looking For:
** 2+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency or similar environment.
** Proven track record in client relationship management and marketing project coordination.
** Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Georgian, ensuring clarity in meetings, emails, and reports.
** Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects.
** Ability to collaborate with creative teams and paid media specialists.
** Solid knowledge of digital marketing workflows and processes
** Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
** Experience in account management or client services (preferred)
** Basic understanding of PPC, SEO, and Email marketing (preferred)
** Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp or Monday.com)
** Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
** Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (a plus)
