The brand, which has grown rapidly after its first store opened in Istanbul in 1986, is making great progress towards becoming a world brand by reaching more than 600 stores in 38 countries, especially in Turkey, Russia and Ukraine. We are looking for a Asistant Store Manager to evaluate our COLIN`S store in Batumi, which is highly appreciated with the products it brought to fashion and preferred by the world.

Applications other than English will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

** Realizes and tries to exceed the sales targets given by the Store Manager;
** By keeping store expenses under control, it develops saving measures and prevents unnecessary expenses;
** Analyzes store sales and reports to Area Sales Manager;
** Follows sectoral developments and competitors. Notifies the Area Sales Manager;
** It manages the store stock within the framework of target levels;
** By guiding sales consultants, it enables them to reach their sales targets;
** Takes measures to increase staff motivation and productivity.

Required skills:

** Experience working in a similar position;
** Fluency in Georgian, English or Russian languages;
** Good communication skills;
** Prone to teamwork;
** Sense of responsibility;
** Following the developments and product trends in the field of merchandising;
** Having a career goal in merchandising;
** Ability to work in a team;
** Focus on details;
** Computer skills (MS Office);
** Suitable for flexible working hours.
