Your responsibilities:

** Sales Leadership: Lead a team of 5-6 (2 Sales Managers, 2 Support Managers, 1 Marketing Manager).
** Business Development: Drive sales operations with key accounts to secure new collaborations and partnerships.
** Brand Promotion: Position Stamina as a trusted provider of innovative sales and marketing solutions in Georgia.
** Product Representation: Introduce and promote Pipedrive CRM and other leading tools that Stamina represents to the Georgian B2B market.
** Team Management: Supervise, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and growth.
** Interim Responsibilities: Office opening duties, team recruitment, onboarding, and establishing processes.

Qualifications:

** 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing in the B2B corporate sector.
** Strong professional network in Georgia`s B2B environment.
** Bachelor`s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
** Excellent command of English and Georgian (Armenian or Russian is an advantage).
** Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
