About the profile
We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Engineer with a strong focus on network infrastructure and additional responsibilities in DevOps / Azure.
This role combines deep technical expertise in complex, secure networks with the ability to drive automation and modern cloud-based delivery models. The ideal candidate has a proven background in Cisco and cloud technologies, and thrives in both proactive monitoring and project-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
Network Engineering & Operations (60%)
** Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
** Monitor and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Wi-Fi, and VOIP systems.
** Manage and maintain Cisco ISE, Palo Alto firewalls, Zscaler, and other network security solutions.
** Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution, maintenance, and hardware replacements.
** Maintain network documentation, perform regular configuration backups, and provide management reports.
** Troubleshoot complex network issues L3 support and incident resolution.
** Support network projects and migrations.
DevOps & Cloud Engineering (40%)
** Build and manage CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred).
** Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
** Support cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP beneficial).
Requirements - Must have:
** B1 English is a must for this role.
** 3+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments: Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, ISR routers, WLC, Cisco ISE
** Solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
** Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security, and Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks.
** Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards).
** Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
** Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and CAB change management.
Requirements - Nice to have:
** Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).
** Exposure to AWS or GCP cloud environments.
** Vendor management and reporting experience (SLA adherence, RCA follow-ups).
** Experience with Citrix load balancers, CUCM/Genesys VOIP systems.
