About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Georgian female Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on morning shifts (the earlier the better) to ensure smooth daily operations. You`ll play a key role in supporting the business through professional email communication, venue processing, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
** Process and update venue details using Google Sheets and internal systems
** Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
** Support the team with data entry, filing, and document organisation
** Assist with scheduling, booking, and other office administration tasks
** Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by handling ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
** Strong English skills (written and verbal)
** Confident using computers, particularly Google Sheets and online tools
** Highly organised with strong attention to detail
** Reliable and punctual, with availability for early morning shifts
** Professional communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
** Previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
** Must be a Georgian female applicant
