Vacancy: Real Estate Sales Manager (International Sales Manager)
Responsibilities:
** Working with international clients (Europe, USA, Asia, Persian Gulf countries)
** Conducting online and offline consultations, presenting properties
** Managing the deal from the first contact to contract signing
** Maintaining CRM (AmoCRM), preparing offers and presentations
** Active collaboration with developers and partners
Requirements:
** English at least C1 level, fluent Russian
** Minimum 2 years of active sales experience
** Excellent communication skills, responsibility
** Ability to close deals successfully, client-oriented approach
** High level of self-organization
Working conditions:
** Office work in Tbilisi
** Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 17:00
** Salary: fixed base + % from deals
