English Language Centre Unique Learning is currently recruiting English language teachers to join our team. We are seeking applications from qualified and motivated individuals, including Georgian and Native English-Speaking Teachers.
Job Description:
** Teach General English: Instruct a diverse range of learners, including adults, teenagers, and children, in foundational and advanced English language skills.
** Develop Lesson Plans: Create structured and engaging lesson plans that align with established syllabi, ensuring comprehensive coverage of language competencies.
** Maintain Records: Maintain records of daily attendance, student progress, and assessment results to track and support individual learning effectively.
** Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure student proficiency and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
** ESL Student Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to ESL students, addressing their unique learning needs and fostering a supportive classroom environment.
** Innovative Teaching Methods: Utilize contemporary teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and optimize learning outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
** Educational Background: Hold a university degree in a relevant academic discipline.
** Teaching Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in English language instruction.
** Certification: A certificate of qualification such as TESOL or CELTA is preferred.
