About the Position:
We`re seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Marketing to elevate our brand and drive growth. This role requires vision and leadership — coordinating the team, inspiring new ideas, and turning insights into impact.
Key Responsibilities:
** Review, update, and execute the company`s marketing strategy, defining its development direction;
** Define and oversee the lead generation strategy;
** Analyze target audiences and make data-driven decisions based on market research;
** Plan, supervise, and execute creative campaigns together with the team;
** Coordinate social media strategy and oversee its execution;
** Supervise compliance with brand visual and communication standards, and coordinate the graphic designer;
** Contribute to digital product development by providing recommendations from a marketing perspective;
** Plan and control the marketing budget;
** Analyze marketing results and prepare reports — evaluating KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
** Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 1 year in a managerial role;
** Practical experience in lead generation and performance marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.);
** Strong skills in market research and target audience analysis;
** Experience managing digital channels (Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.);
** Ability to budget and manage financial resources effectively;
** Strong analytical skills — KPI and ROI evaluation, reporting;
** Team management experience and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments;
** Excellent communication and presentation skills;
** Proficient in English.
