OnAim is a technology company developing a comprehensive gamification platform delivered as a SaaS solution for iGaming, eCommerce, Fintech, and other industries with large user bases and high transaction volumes. Our platform enables businesses to enhance user engagement through configurable mini-games, achievement systems, rewards management, and analytics tools.
As we expand our platform capabilities and client partnerships, we`re seeking a dedicated UX/UI Designer.
Job Details:
Location: Chavchavadze avenue (On-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
What You`ll do:
** Design and refine user interfaces for our gamification platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
** Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs for new features and improvements.
** Contribute to creating a reusable design library.
** Gather and apply user feedback to improve designs.
** Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and QA to align design with business needs.
What We`re Looking For:
** 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
** Hands-on experience working with design systems with the ability to participate in creating a reusable design library.
** High proficiency in Figma.
** Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, and high-quality UI designs.
** Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
** Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
