We are expanding and looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented people to join our team as Tracking Agents. This is a great entry point into logistics for fast learners who enjoy communication, organization, and problem-solving.
About the Role:
As a Tracking Agent, you monitor loads, You`ll be the live link between drivers, customers, and our internal team—confirming statuses, updating ETAs, and documenting every milestone to keep shipments on time and clients informed.
Who We`re Looking For:
** Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
** Strong English (spoken & written) and great phone etiquette.
** Calm under pressure; excellent multitasking and attention to detail.
** Comfortable with computers and fast typing; basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
** Familiarity with U.S. geography/time zones is a plus
What You Can Expect:
** Working Hours: Every third night, 02:00-09:00 - 7 hours (night shift; rotating schedule: work 1 night, off 2 nights)
** Compensation: Base salary 800 Gel
