eMoney is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales and Client Advisor.
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (Break 1 hour, full-Time, Monday through Friday)
Probationary period: 6 months (compensated)
Key Responsibilities:
** Selling crypto-backed loan products to retail and corporate clients.
** Advising clients on company products, including interest rates, loan terms, LTV ratios, and collateral requirements.
** Analyzing client needs and recommending optimal loan solutions.
** Supporting clients throughout the loan process, from application to full repayment.
** Maintaining sales reports and monitoring performance metrics.
** Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in selling banking loans, microfinance, or financial services.
** Strong understanding of lending principles, interest rate calculations, LTV, and risk assessment.
** Ability to advise clients on complex financial products.
** Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain products is a plus.
** Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with high-level clients.
** High stress tolerance and ability to manage a large volume of client requests.
** Working proficiency in both Georgian and English
Desired Qualities:
** Proactive and solution-oriented approach to client needs.
** Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
** Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
