We are seeking a motivated Purchasing Manager for ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, and ensuring timely payment of items, while maintaining vendor relationships and cost efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
** Education and Experience
** 4-year bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
** Prior work experience is not mandatory, but a strong academic foundation and motivation to grow within Marriott is essential.
** Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
** Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor negotiations.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Supporting Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
** Manage purchasing operations across departments.
** Ensure quality, cost control, and compliance with standards.
** Maintain accurate inventory and financial reporting.
** Support cross-departmental needs and profitability goals.
