International B2B Procurement & Trading Group is looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO who will fully take over routine daily tasks and ensure control, structure, and accuracy in work. The main focus of this role is on email management, Google Sheets, and checking managers` work.

Key Responsibilities:

** Daily work with emails: reading, sorting, prioritizing, drafting simple replies, flagging important issues.
** Daily work with Google Sheets / Excel: filling in data, updating reports, checking correctness of inputs.
** Monitoring managers` work: verifying that they update spreadsheets correctly, follow payment schedules, and complete assigned tasks.
** Maintaining and controlling the payment calendar: ensuring all deadlines are tracked and upcoming payments are reminded in advance.
** Preparing short financial reports for the CEO (cash flow, expenses, planned payments).
** Scheduling and organizing the CEO`s calendar (meetings, calls, reminders).
** Following up on overdue tasks from staff and reminding them about deadlines.
** Booking restaurants, flights, hotels, and transfers when required.
** Keeping documents and correspondence in order (Google Drive, shared folders).
** Handling small routine errands on behalf of the CEO.

Requirements:

** Proven experience in routine administrative tasks (mandatory).
** Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters).
** High accuracy in working with numbers, data, and deadlines.
** Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
** Strong discipline, ability to work with repetitive tasks every day.
** Experience in checking and monitoring work of other employees is a plus.
** Previous roles such as Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Finance Assistant, Coordinator are highly relevant.
