Avid Leisure is a fast-growing entertainment and events company delivering unforgettable festivals, touring food markets, and large-scale family events across multiple regions. We`re looking for a proactive, creative, and organised Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our Tbilisi team.
This is a hands-on role covering social media, marketing, vendor coordination, and event logistics — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves community engagement, and wants to be part of exciting large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing
** Manage daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
** Create engaging content (videos, photos, graphics, blogs) for campaigns and events
** Run competitions, giveaways, and paid ad campaigns (FB, IG, Google)
** Maintain event websites, SEO, and visibility
** Build PR relationships with media, influencers, and community groups.
Operations & Vendor Coordination
** Manage vendor applications, approvals, invoicing, and payments
** Maintain vendor databases, documentation, and compliance
** Handle council/venue paperwork, permits, and applications
** Book logistics, suppliers, and casual staff for events
** Prepare vendor briefs, site plans, and event communications
** Support Event Manager with run sheets, schedules, and community outreach.
Qualifications & Skills:
** Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or event coordination
** Confident with Facebook/Instagram/TikTok, Google Ads, SEO, and basic design tools
** Strong organisational and admin skills (Google Sheets/Excel, invoicing systems like Dext)
** Excellent communication across vendors, councils, and community groups
** Calm under pressure, with problem-solving skills and a "get things done" attitude
** Experience in events, hospitality, or entertainment marketing is a big plus.
