We are also the exclusive representative of PANDORA and TOUS in Georgia. Since 2013, TI`ME has remained a leading brand on the Georgian market.
We are currently looking for a responsible and creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist who will contribute to our dynamic and fast-growing team through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Job Responsibilities:
** Plan and implement Company Social Media Marketing strategy according to Company`s goals
** Develop social media content plans and calendars that are consistent with the company`s brand identity (for TI`ME Georgia, Pandora Georgia and TOUS Georgia channels)
** Create consistent, meaningful content and work on copywriting (in GE) for relevant social media platforms to grow an audience, build brand awareness, improve customer engagement and conversion
** Participate in implementation and promotion of seasonal social media campaigns
** Work with Brand provided libraries for content selection and localization according to guidelines and given priorities.
** Review SMM ad campaigns results analysis provided by advertiser and suggest improvements
** Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, and increase presence on existing platforms including Instagram, Facebook, oversee newly created Tik-Tok content management.
** Participate in development, implement and manage social media influencer collaborations.
** Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends and technologies
** Submit relevant SMM reports accurately and on time
Required Qualifications:
** Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing communications or similar field.
** 2 years of working Experience in Marketing, specifically in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content creation, Copywriting
** Working Experience in similar position in Fashion Retail, Beauty or with international brands would be considered as an advantage
** Experience in SM video content production is considered as an advantage
** Knowledge and interest of Fashion trends is appreciated
Skills:
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English languages
** Strong copywriting skills
** Technical skills in working with SMM platforms
** Brand Guideline oriented with self-organization skills
** Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
** Proficient with computer skills
Working condition:
** Full-time, office-based: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (early Friday: until 6:00 PM).
** Location: City Tower, Vazha-Pshavela Ave #70, premium business center.
** Net salary: 2, 500 GEL
** Quarterly bonus system based on KPIs
