Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Laundry Manager.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager to lead the daily operations of our laundry, manage the team, and ensure high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
** Organize and supervise laundry operations
** Manage, train, and schedule staff
** Ensure service quality standards are met
** Manage inventory and supplies
** Control and optimize expenses
** Communicate with clients and resolve issues
** Prepare monthly reports for management.
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of managerial experience (preferably in laundry, hospitality, or service sector)
** Strong leadership and teamwork skills
** Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
** Experience in financial and operational process management
** Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
** Knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage.
