We are expanding our team and currently looking for an Operator/Cashier to join us at Tbilisi International Airport and Rustavi.
Job title: Operator/Cashier
Responsibilities/Duties:
** Receive and process client requests, payments (cash and non-cash), and guide them through verification processes.
** Accurately record sales, perform cash register operations, and issue receipts/invoices.
** Conduct currency and cryptocurrency exchanges according to internal regulations and legal requirements.
** Operate cash registers and relevant software systems efficiently.
** Verify banknotes, monitor stock levels, and prevent fraud or discrepancies.
** Maintain client and accounting documentation securely and confidentially.
** Provide courteous customer service, consult on products and prices, and respond promptly to inquiries.
** Apply discounts, promotions, and bonus systems as needed.
** Follow corporate communication standards, resolve conflicts, and adhere to company policies and confidentiality rules.
** Participate in regular training to enhance skills in cash handling, cryptocurrency services, and customer service.
Requirements:
** Secondary vocational, higher education, or university student/graduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
** Experience in customer service, banking, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
** Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern communication tools.
** Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchange principles and experience with crypto transactions is a plus.
** High responsibility, strong communication skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail.
** Willingness and ability to participate in regular training and professional development according to company standards.
** Working proficiency in English and Russian.
Working Conditions:
Working schedule: Rotating shift schedule: two days on, two days off
Working Place: Tbilisi International Airport/Rustavi
Salary: Competitive fixed salary
