Iberia Express Inc. growing freight hauling company based in Chicago, IL is announcing an opening for an Afterhours Support position. Some previous experience in the field preferred. Training will be available as well.
Location: Remote work from home
Working Days: 3-4 nights a week
Working Hours: 12:00 am to 10:00 am
Salary: Based on the shift hours (up to 1350 GEL a month)
Required Skills:
** Good English and Communication Skills.
** Basic Computer Skills.
** High sense of responsibility, problem solving and multi-tasking
Responsibilities:
** Receiving calls and assisting drivers with roadside emergencies and break downs.
** Locating repair shops and towing within the break down area and negotiating best pricing.
** Assisting drivers with the freight pick-up and delivery information.
** Providing updates to the freight brokers and the shippers.
