We are specifically seeking a candidate with a completed legal education from a recognized European or Georgian university (minimum 4 years of study). The right candidate will be energetic, communicative, and eager to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing legal environment. You must be confident in communication, open to guidance from senior colleagues, and committed to developing independence and responsibility over time.
This position requires adaptability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. You should be someone who takes ownership of tasks, respects deadlines, and is willing to adjust your schedule when urgent matters arise.
Junior Lawyer (Based in Tbilisi, Georgia)
Requirements:
** Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) — minimum 4 years of legal education (Master`s degree is an advantage)
** Fluent in Georgian and English (spoken and written); Russian is a strong advantage
** Strong motivation to learn and grow in an international legal practice
** High personal and professional standards
** Strong legal writing and communication skills
** Readiness to adapt to international standards (internal training provided)
** Flexible mindset and commitment to client needs
** Prior internship or junior-level legal practice experience is an advantage
Your responsibilities will include:
** Drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate documents, and legal opinions
** Supporting in advising international private and business clients on legal matters in Georgia and abroad
** Preparing legal correspondence and managing communication with authorities and institutions under supervision
** Conducting legal research and providing summaries for senior review
** Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and ensuring timely delivery
