IK Consulting is pleased to announce a job opening for the position of Senior HRBP at a partner company.

Salary: 3, 500 to 4, 000 GEL net, based on experience and qualifications

The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic HR support by managing talent acquisition, performance management, training, and employee engagement. They develop HR processes, support HR digitization, analyze HR metrics, ensure compliance, and collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Position Key Responsibilities:

** Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and monitor effectiveness of interventions.
** Develop and implement HR SOPs to streamline and standardize HR operations.
** Support HR digitization initiatives by mapping processes and enabling digital HR tools.
** Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
** Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned functions, ensuring quality hiring within timelines.
** Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic HR support.
** Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
** Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
** Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws in all HR activities.
** Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a people-first culture.

Educational Qualification:

** Bachelor`s Degree: Required, typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
** Master`s Degree: Preferred; a Master`s in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is advantageous.

Working Experience and Skills:

** 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including responsibilities in leadership or management roles.
** Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal - are essential.
** Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong documentation and data handling skills.
** In-depth understanding of HR operations, including performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
** Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices.
** Demonstrated ability in HR policy development, compliance, and process optimization.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to fostering a positive, people-first culture.
